Très bon séjour mais le problème est que l’hôtel manque de rénovation malheureusement, il faut vraiment faire des rénovations mais sinon l’emplacement est top il n’y a rien à dire. J’ai aussi eu la chance d’avoir Le buffet est aussi de qualité.

Upgraded to Junior suite Positives - 1 minute from Masjid Nabawi, courteous staff, excellent breakfast variety, large breakfast area, money exchange opposite, fridge/iron/ironing board/safe/coffee pod machine in room, elevators relatively fast, luggage storage after checking out Negatives - dated carpets and rooms, loose room fixings, smell from bathroom, noisy aircon on higher setting

Location of the hotel was perfect, not even 5 min walk from the masjid however the hotel and rooms are very dated. Cleanliness was an issue, rooms were dark and it was very cold. Service was good but the hotel walls were very thin so you could hear everything from rooms near you.
